About us

We are a retail design firm with head office in Thessaloniki, an international network of partners and hunderds of successful delivered projects all over the world. We have been designing concept stores since 1991. On top of the concept design, we emphasize on product offerings, branding and commericial success. To achieve that we have built the last thrirty years under one roof a unique talented team of people, under the guidance of our founder Dimitrios Vagavanidis.

Dimitris Vagavanidis was born and raised in Thessaloniki, in 1958. His grandfather worked as a chef in famous restaurants in U.S.A. and was a role model for him. Consequently, he chose to follow the path of gastronomy himself and at the age of 14, he started working to support his family. Thus, he worked as pastry chef and learned from the greatest bakers and pastry chefs.

A few years later, he became a pastry chef instructor. He taught the art of pastry both in Greece and abroad and as a result he got appraised for his work from many acknowledged Universities, therefore he earned many distinctions and a collection of awards, followed.

That’s how everything started, with a suitcase in hand, a recipe book, a tape measure, many miles and lots of ideas. In the 90s, Dimitris Vagavanidis came to the conclusion that the product quality was not enough when it came to selling it. As a result, he started working in merchandising and he designed several stores with marketing strategies always in mind.

He and his team of architects have designed over 600 successful stores all over the world: Europe, North America, Latin America. After all, the secret to his success is the absolute commitment.
